The accelerated digitalization of companies and the development of “smart industries” are the core of INFODOM’s solutions and services for business sector.

Beside the informatization of generic systems (CRM, ERP, DMS…), technologically INFODOM focuses on the development of digital platforms for the artificial intelligence (AI) applications by using “data lakes” (i.e. data from IoT networks, social networks and digital platforms). This enables the use of data as “fuel” in the digital economy.

In the era of the digital transformation of the economy INFODOM focuses on the development of operating frameworks for digital transformation governance (DXG) and the development and application of digital transformation platforms (DXP). The products and services are also related to platforms for organizational change management (Performa 365), innovation systems management (IMS) and human capital management (HCM).

 

The application of the blockchain, IoT sensorics, “data lakes“ and artificial intelligence is carried out in collaboration with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing (the Innovation Center Nikola Tesla) within the framework of EU digital innovation hubs (EU DIH) for robotics and  cybersecurity.
